BRIGHT PEI Consulting LLC was founded in Chicago, 2017 by Dr. Yaoming Pei.

As a new type of consulting company, BRIGHT PEI Consulting LLC is dedicated to unlocking insight and having the courage to act. We bring the right people together to meet the demands of customers with the guidance of the scientific method.

We work with our startup and small business clients to build the capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage. We have already shaped the future with many clients across the globe by forging a partnership in transformation.

BRIGHT PEI Consulting provides integrated consulting services to startups and small businesses including research, design, planning, human resource and IT consulting.

We also provide incubator project service to qualified clients and career consulting/life coaching to individuals.

Dr. Yaoming Pei graduated from Beijing Technology and Business University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2007. Later in 2009, he received his MBA degree focusing on financial marketing and risk management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He achieved his Doctor of Business Administration degree in August 2016 from Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, and his research area is social media and consumer behavior. His research is published in Turkey National Academic and Knowledge Center in 2017.

When pursuing his doctor degree, he served as the only Chinese vice president of Student Government Association and was able to play a crucial role in financial and academic support to doctoral and master students' research.

He has extensive practical experience in various type of startup and business. During 2004-2005, he opened an DVD rental store in university. In 2006, he was the head of the sales team in the direct marketing program of Beijing Mobile Information Company. In 2007 he worked as a client manager in loan audit department of Hankou Bank. In 2011, with several MBA and scholars from Wuhan University, he established Hubei Practical Capability Talent Consulting Company. During 2016-2017 he was the early stage consultant for Chowbus in marketing and strategy research.

He also has broad connection with different industry and country. He worked as the executive assistant of a Shanghai New Energy company for LNG, RNG projects. He has proactively participated in the business projects between Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Nigeria, Jamaica, China and U.S. Chicago ranging from the financial market, motor industry, agricultural machinery to renewable energy and materials industry.

He is an active volunteer, board consultant and seminar speaker for university, community and non-profit organization of Chicago.
